The Academy

The Irish Whiskey Academy is a state of the art training facility located in County Cork on the grounds of the Old and New Midleton Distilleries.

Since opening its doors in February 2013, the Irish Whiskey Academy has become the dedicated whiskey institute of Irish Distillers Pernod Ricard, hosting courses that focus on the production and heritage of Irish whiskey produced at Midleton.
